This week the crew wrapped up the last of the interior trim, and the painters are close behind them. They have finished prepping and masking, and have applied the wood conditioner and first coat of stain to the guest bedroom wing, media room and garage hall wing. They are making great progress. The interior railing was installed Monday and Tuesday, and once it has been stained and finished we can install the metal handgrip. The landscapers have wrapped the patio around to the grill area, and are starting to fill in some of the bed areas with topsoil. The propane tank was inspected and backfilled this morning and is ready to be hooked up next week. The rest of the light fixtures and exterior appliances arrived, so we are looking good to make some real progress towards finishing over the next couple weeks.
