More finish work on site this week, with electricians and plumbers continuing trim out. Video vision installed keypads and speakers in the finished rooms. The painters applied stain and lacquer to most of the great room trim, and are prepping the timbers for stain. The carpenters wrapped up the remaining baseboard and completed the stair skirt. We finally made it on the schedule for paving the driveway on Thursday, and it looks great. The masons installed the front walkway pavers on Thursday as well, and finished touching up the sand set terraces and hot tub cap. The carpet installer completed the upstairs and basement, and the HVAC sub has been installing thermostats and floor registers.
