John & Marlene –
Another snowy week, but nothing like last week! The baseboard is done except in the garage, and that should be finished by the end of tomorrow. The painters are working in the Master Suite, and finishing up lacquering the trim and doors. The cabinet installers are done except for the added shelf unit in the upstairs closet #219, and the teak top in the Kitchen. I just received the shop drawings for that shelf unit this morning (I thought that they were in production, since it was such a simple request – 26″ wide, 16″ deep, height of the shelf already in place, and 5 adjustable shelves), so hoping they can get that built next week. Neal is working on the countertops, and says he should have everything installed in 2 weeks, on the 22nd. We will be starting trim-out with the electrical and plumbing as soon as the countertops are done, and enough of the walls are painted to start setting switches and outlets. – – – Dave
